Hospital List

• 1) add new: click on add new open form for add hospital
• 2) show the how many record show in single page
• 3) search: search anything in message list
• 4) in this section show sr no, name, address, telephone number and action
• 5) view: click on view button goto detail page for particular record
• 6) edit: click on edit button goto edit form page
• 7) delete: click on delete button goto delete particular record.
• 8) total no of record show in this section
• 9) paggination: goto previous or next page

Hospital Add and Edit Form

• 1) name: add the name of hospital
• 2) address: add the address of hospital
• 3) telephone number: add the telephone number of hospital
• 4) save: click on save button all information save

Hospital View

• 1) name: name of hospital.
• 2) address: address of hospital.
• 3) telephone number: telephone number of hospital.
• 4) close: click on close then popup close.

Hospital Routine

• 1) select hospital from dropdown where you can select hospital name
• 2) add routine: click on add routine then goto hospital timing schedule page

Hospital Schedule

• 1) in add schedule you can select days from dropdown after select day you can enter from time, to time and enter work fill all information click save.
• 2) in this section show all days monday to sunday each day have different schedule each schedule you can edit or delete.
• 3) go back click go to previous page.
